Caseworker 101 - The Cases Tab

The Cases Tab in Caseworker is the area where you can access some of the most useful features in the system. In this section you can not only find all of your cases, but you can use the filters to find exactly which case or group of cases you want. It's easy to find all of the 'For Action' cases assigned to a user, or to find every case with a particular tag created in the last month for example.
