In the last few weeks we have surveyed our users and we were really happy with the response, thanks to everyone who took part. However we noticed a few things were being mentioned that we could fix straight away, ahead of the planned roll out of the new version of Caseworker. Caseworker 101 - Most Recent Appearances

We know that MPs regularly get asked to submit written questions, or contribute to a debate in the Commons or Westminster Hall. WIth our system we hope to help you to move forward from solely reactive communication, and telling your constituents that you will say something. Caseworker 101 - Review Dates

Review dates are a really simple method of keeping on top of your casework. You can use them to nudge yourself to take an action on a case or to chase a response from a third party. Using review dates is simple. Each time you take an action in Caseworker, the system will ask you if you want to set a review date. Caseworker 101 - Resetting your Google Authenticator

We often hear from our users that they've bought a new phone, and would like to reset their Google Authenticator code. That's why we made a change to the system, to allow your office to manage this process for you. First off, get one of your colleagues to go to the Tools section of Caseworker, and then click 'Manage Users' in the Administrative Tools section. Caseworker 101 - Adding a New User

If you have a new member of staff join your office, it's easy to add them in to your Caseworker system. All you need to do is go to the Tools section of Caseworker, and then click Manage Users This will take you through to the list of users you have in the system. Caseworker 101 - Alternative Sender Addresses

By default, Caseworker will send your email on behalf of your office's standard 'send from email'. However we can add in extra email addresses for individual users, or groups of users in your office too. If you have an extra send from email address added, then a 'From' box will appear below 'Template'. You can then click on this box, and just select the email you'd like to send from on the drop down list. »

Caseworker 101 - Making a Note on a Case

Sometimes when you're managing your casework in Caseworker system you want to just make a note on a case, rather than writing an email or a letter. It's a simple process to do this on Caseworker. Just go to any case and at the top you'll see the new note box. Just click in the new note box, and start typing out your note. When you've finished just click 'save note' on the bottom right hand side. Now your note will be saved on your case, and it will be logged in chronological order with the rest of your actions. »
